The Lover is the story of Sarah and Richard. This unassuming couple have been married for 10 years, and by all appearances they live a pretty conventional life… However, behind closed doors – while Richard is at work – Sarah is having an affair in an attempt to keep her marriage refreshed. Richard knows about ‘the other man’ and, in fact, allows him to frequent his house and visit his wife several times a week! Can Richard maintain his indifference to the affair to keep his wife happy, or will he crack!? This tantalizing comedy will have the audience on the edge of their seats, laughing as the drama unfolds.
When: There will be three performances on the 27th, 28th, & 29th of August, 2020. Doors open at 6 PM, the show starts at 7 PM (beer, wine, and snacks will be available for one hour before and after the show).
Where: The Black Box Theatre, located inside of the Kerikeri Theatre Company studio, which is located at 17 Sammaree Place, Kerikeri 0230.
